AM Health Care Welcomes Tracy Donley as New Regional Director of Business Development
AM Health Care is proud to welcome Tracy Donley, CHFA to our business development team. With over 16 years of healthcare experience, Tracy brings deep compassion, extensive industry knowledge, and a fierce commitment to helping individuals access quality care.
Tracy began her career in long-term care and senior living, inspired by her mother—a long-time healthcare administrator. After earning her degree in Health Facility Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2006, she gravitated toward marketing and outreach, where she discovered her true calling: connecting people in crisis with the resources they need.
Her journey into behavioral health and addiction treatment was born from a profound experience. While working at a licensed healthcare facility, she noticed young women frequently lining up outside an office. When she learned these were victims of human trafficking, Tracy took action. She collaborated with a local prosecutor, wrote and received a grant to send the women to private treatment, and later became a licensed interventionist.
From there, her mission expanded. Tracy has worked with Crisis Intervention teams, law enforcement, unions, and healthcare professionals to connect people in crisis with life-saving treatment. Her work with nurses, doctors, and union members—ranging from General Motors to Ford—has made her a trusted name throughout the Midwest.
She’s known for her hands-on approach, whether it’s locating a missing employee or walking the streets of downtown to help someone find a path to recovery. “Addiction spares no one,” she says. “You only get one life. It’s never too late to start over.”
As a proud mother, Tracy recently celebrated her daughter's graduation from Arizona State University with a degree in biochemistry; she will be attending medical school.
Tracy’s heartfelt mission aligns deeply with AM Health Care’s values: helping individuals and families navigate the road to recovery with dignity, urgency, and support.
“I know at the end of my life I want my legacy to be that I extended my hand to help someone who was trying to hold themselves up,” she says. “Hopefully they’ll do the same for someone else someday. What a wonderful world this would be.”
