Tracy Donley brings over 16 years of experience in healthcare, with a strong focus on business development and outreach. Inspired by her mother’s career as a healthcare administrator, Tracy began her professional journey in long-term care and senior living before moving into the addiction and behavioral health space—where she found her true calling.
Her passion for helping people began with a pivotal moment early in her career, when she learned that women waiting outside a healthcare facility were victims of human trafficking. Determined to help, Tracy partnered with a local prosecutor, wrote a grant that provided those women with access to private treatment, and became a licensed interventionist.
Since then, Tracy has worked with crisis intervention teams, healthcare unions, law enforcement, and addiction treatment programs across the Midwest. She’s known for her hands-on, compassionate approach—whether she’s helping nurses and doctors find support, working with union representatives, or walking the streets to reach individuals in need. Tracy takes pride in meeting people where they are and guiding them into treatment with empathy and care.
She is especially passionate about supporting healthcare professionals and their families, and she is well-known for her work with organizations like General Motors and Ford unions. Her deep understanding of both the healthcare and addiction landscapes allows her to build trusted relationships and create meaningful pathways to care.
Tracy’s daughter recently graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in biochemistry and plans to attend medical school, continuing the family’s dedication to healing and service.
Tracy’s mission aligns closely with AM Health Care’s values: “You only get one life. It’s never too late to start over. If I can extend a hand to someone in that moment, maybe they’ll reach back to help someone else someday.”
